Our History

Hello, my name is Sean Rowe, owner and founder of A Grade Heating and Cooling Pty Ltd. In the past 15 years, I have developed my skills and acquired experience in Sales, Installation, Service and Repairs of all ducted air conditioning systems.

I began my career in 2008, working for an Adelaide-based air conditioning company. Part of my job consisted in repairing contractors’ mistakes, to ensure all equipment and systems worked efficiently and effectively. I noticed a need for reliable quality workmanship in the industry.

As a result, I founded A Grade Heating and Cooling Pty Ltd in 2010. Since then, I have been servicing residential customers in the Adelaide metro area, with the help of my amazing team. My clients report a great experience, from start to finish. Additionally, I always ensure to provide ongoing support after the job is complete.

I have built a strong value driven team. I worked with my technicians when I started in the trade, they are also my friends. We are friends because of these values what that they bring to my existing customers and the base on which I could build the business. In fact, I have been after the whole team I have now for years, and they have finally joined me.

We will always do our best to supply and install the best quality and most energy efficient systems, to help lower our damaging impact on planet earths environment, and to save the customer on any ac downtime, unneeded repairs and energy costs.

We do our best with every installation, service and repair, and treat the customer home and unit as our own. We provide customers with pictures and an extensive report to show what we’ve found and the remedy we have implemented and most importantly all our particularly grounded technicians spend the time needed to explain answer any questions that our customers may have.
