B-GRADE or BENCH! A Grade didn't bring their A-game for me. The job wasn't completed until I'd threatened to withold a final payment. It still wasn't completed to the originally requested specs. And their after sales service is completely non-existent.

Service was prompt (even in peak summer period), effective and inexpensive. Would recommend.

Scotty and his team came out in a timely manner and serviced and cleaned two rather old split systems for us, for which they provided a report. Their price was very reasonable and far less than a couple of the bigger names. Amazingly they found no issues. We half expected to be told , "Nah, mate, your (insert part here) is cactus, gotta replace it, only an arm and a leg, and we can fit it in maybe six months, no worries." 🤭 But nope. Done, dusted (literally) and all good, with no extra hoo-haa.

Wonderful and efficient service, from the first call to quoting and pricing. Timely response and did more than I’d originally asked anfter installing new units, they even cleaned and replace filters on my existing systems. The guys were friendly and polite!
