They were very responsive to our numerous emailed and phoned questions and were happy to answer by whatever medium suited us (we always got a response within the hour!). They could fit us in quickly and were polite and professional both when giving us the quote and then when installing our ducted aircon. They kept the dust and other mess to a minimum as they carried out their work. My parents made unusual requests of them which they were also happy to accommodate even though it wasn’t needed.
